History:

            Hanako is part of the fairy court and lives on a small island. She went about her life as a traditional lady of the court but she didn’t like the life at all. It was too many rules, and false smiles in her opinion so she got into many arguments with her mother over it. Threating to leave many times but didn’t knowing she couldn’t protect herself yet. One day after a fight with her parents over her arranged marriage; she ran past the forests protection and come upon the islands beach. She noticed a person in the distance that appeared to be dead. Curious and worried for them in case they weren’t, she went up to the body. Getting closer to the body she noticed that it was a mermaid, and upon reaching the girl she lightly shook her. At first she didn’t get much of a response but eventually the girl woke up. When she was completely awake she jumped in surprise and had a scared expression on her face, which didn’t surprise Hanako at all.

            Offering the girl help, which she took to Hanako’s surprise. A couple of days went by and all she was able to get out of the girl was her name, but she didn’t mind, she wanted to Aimi to adjust at her own pace. Some more days pasted and Aimi opened up to Hanako more which made her happy that this girl was trusting her more. With that this made Aimi Hanako’s first friend. Walking around with Aimi by her side she overheard a few the other noble fairies talk about a Black Gale Academy. She was completely interested in the school and loved the idea, but she didn’t go at first since she still had responsibilities that she didn’t want to abandon. Until one day she had enough with her parents after a fight. And without a second thought she packed a few bags and begged Aimi to come with her to the academy. When Aimi gave the okay that she would attend they left for the academy.

Extras: she cut her hair short so that no one from the her home island could recognize her if they ever left the island. And it was a rebellious act to her parents that forbid her to cut her hair.
