I read about the strikes in France yesterday.

Yes this is a french speciality or a tradition to go on strike.
There is a national strike each month most of the time.
But it's ok, we are not crazy we just love sreaming in the street"we want more !"
This time it's because most of people dislike our president and because of the social and economic crisis. And there was a lot of people yesterday more than 2 000 000 !
Most of the strikes were in Paris, but in my town just there was no train and no bus.
How do the media show you this strike ?

The media her showed it that it was bigger than usual, and that it was an anti-American strike... People were shouting "America is to blame for the bad global economy!" "Down With Americans!"
I was sad because I love France so much!

I watched a little bit on CNN the french strikes but it was just about the economic crisis.
Media can show what they want and change the vision of the reality, but you can be certain it's NOT the main opinion these stupid guys were perhaps less than 1%. This strike was because almost of french don't agree with Sarkozy.
I remember I was frightened at the beginning of the Irak war because our last President Chirac wasn't agree with this war and we saw all the time on TV that americans said french are ass hole and they hated french.

Well, as I said, I love france, and so do most Americans...at least educated Americans. ( There are a few of us).
It made me sad that TV always shows the simple side of issues, especially here in Los Angeles. You would be amazed how DUMD television news is here in Los Angeles.
