Description
This transformation is so powerful that it can use up all of the fairies power and life force in only 30 minutes. This transformation is extremely rare because its usage is limited. When the fairy transforms she gets full power of her element and gets a second power, which is given at random. In recorded history only 1 nymph has died from this transformation, by using it too long.
Story:
the winx are fighting the shadow ghosts and they are defeated. Daphne is the only one left conscious and sees how bloom it about to be killed. In a wave of panic she decides to use the transformation
Daphne: Full nymph form!!!
She transforms
daphne : Plasm of light!
FULL POWER BLAST!!!!!!!!
all the monsters disappeared and the winx awoke.
The winx gasp as they see daphne glide up into the air
Flora: ~gasps~ da...da...daphne !!
Daphne: I am Daphne, nymph of light!
Suddenly she transforms back into normal form 90 feet above ground and drops.
the winx were too late as she fell on to the ground.

Bloom: Daphne? Daphne?! Daphne!!
daphne awakens on lymphia inside the hospital.
Daphne: bloom? What happened? I feel... a bit, off
Bloom: you fell like 100 feet, we thought you were dead, you are lucky to be alive but....
daphne: but what?
Bloom: you have been asleep for 3 years.
Daphne ~gasps~ and screams
