It's clearly from an old negative - there even appears to be a thumb print under the board. I'd clear up the dust and give it a burst of contrast. And there's a cr*ppy scratchy shadow lying over the whole frame - you can see it on the bush - I'd use my non-existent PS skills to smooth that over too. But great shot - love it!!
