edward. he's supposed to be ordinary looking so hugh grant wasn't exactly the model.. (though grant did play him very effectively with a sort of stammer and crumpled up suits)

he's a tough one i think for casting in any medium - not supposed to be good looking but then on tv/film you'd want someone who's appearance can reflect their interior goodness - which usually translates as being attractive
