lol, it's a reference to a certain characters pet bear, Tibbers, from the game made by Riot: League of Legends. Annie is the character.
Basically, imagine a little girl carrying a teddy bear, then throwing the bear out at adults with an evil look. Immediately that teddy turns into an undead burning bear, and there you go. Tibbers.
