Blue Squad, assemble!About 10 years ago, my wishful Smash Brothers roster would include these three characters. Fast-forward to today and it... kinda came true.
If only he'd be a clone or some alternate costume, haha.
Anyway, sorry for those who expected the other blue bomber! I never really liked the original's design. >.<
My tribute to Smash Brothers. In a way, I cheated because it incidentally includes three of the charcters I've ever drawn!
Come to think of it, stuff that I post on dA has a pretty narrow range, heh.
For those that would somehow not recognize them: Lucario from Pokemon, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Megaman EXE, also known as Rockman EXE.
It seems that when you triple the amount of characters in a picture, the amount of work more than triples. At least that's what I think happened.
I tried really hard to have something in March, heh. Or, it might be because I've restarted this picture as much as 3 times...
It started as a single layer per character

Then I was in speed paint video watching spree and it kinda made me want to go back to layers

And one day my eyes were opened and I had to change a few details on every single characters~

So this picture has a gazzilion layers, but somehow it didn't go aver 200MB, hmm.
Quite painful to go back and edit stuff though. Dat scrolling!
So, did I miss layers in the end? Not really.
Will I go back to them after this. ...maybe.
I feel very conflicted and don't know which side to go with now.
