I think this is the sameΒ T-Rex from the first movie, and those scars are from she fought the raptors at the end of the movie.

Did they actually manage to recapture her, thats quite a feat as by size estimates, she is by far, the largest tyrannosaurus weve seen in the franchise, even bigger than the spinosaurus from the third movie. Infact, shes bigger than your usual sized tyrannosaur, im interested in finding out what happened to the free animals of isla sorna and isla nublar in this film
