Actually most of the voices in Sonic are L.A. talent which Funimation doesn't use very often and the only Funimation actors that I can think that are there consist of Troy Baker(Espio) and Travis Willingham(Knuckles and Jet).

I consider Sabin worse than 4kids because of how the former thought it be okay kids scenes of domestic violence uncensored in Digimon. Oh yeah, I wanted to see something like that after coming home from school.

What I just mentioned was far more disturbing than the bloodiest scenes in Elfen Lied (which is okay) and Hellsing Ultimate (which is awesome).

Just like every other dub that aired on television at the time, One Piece was heavily edited. All of the blood, swearing, nudity, and dialogue were removed because One Piece was marketed towards kids. 4Kids wasn't the only company to do this, Funimation had to edit out much of the content when they first dubbed Dragonball Z, the same can be said for Digimon when it was on Television.

And they changed black skin to white skin, and in Sonic X they took away words and letters, and changed colours as well, if we went and made a list, we would spend a whole day writing everything down...

The black skin to white skin was necessary. Moral Guardians in the U.S. would've mistook the black character in One Piece for a racist caricature.

Yes, it was really necessary. These are the same people who thought Mr. Popo from DragonballZ and Jynx from Pokemon were racial caricatures of black people.
The U.S. isn't screwed up. It's just a small group of moral guardians who get riled up over this. Nobody really cares about the things they have to say.
