Nostalgia Haruhi: Man, I remember all the nice Christmases I used to have...Remember when that angel showed me how the world would have been like without me? Or how about the reviews? There were so many of them..."The Grinch", "Jack Frost", "Ernest Saves Christmas", "The He-Man and She-Ra Christmas Special", "The Star Wars Holiday Special", "Santa Claus: The Movie"...of course, that was before I was forced to live in the body of a teenage Japanese girl. I do miss spending Christmas with my old friends, but they wouldn't recognize me in this body...

well cool down all of you..xD...First of all this is a amazing piece of art work..^^ well back to the argument...I have some experience with that kind of people bashing on my work coz I drew same thing...well I don't do vector instead I draw them every single detail....You must have the Time and skills, hard work to do that...so You don't need to take that deep....^^

You neglected the fact that I have a speed paint drawing video on youtube of me actually drawing this and the link for the video is in the description of this picture for proof. If you don't know what I do, then please stop making assumptions. I am a youtube speed paint artist who draw off of reference pictures. I might not have come up with the idea, but I did indeed draw this, which means that I own the picture. I did not copy an official artwork and claim that it is mines. Please research more before making assumptions.

For the purposes of those who do not differentiate between these you should give information on reference images too.

And? Are you aware of the fact that more than half of deviant artist draw off of references pictures, and do not give information on their references?
Not to mention, when monetizing my video on youtube, I have already given credit and have distribution right of releasing my artwork on their site.
Deviantart is just a site where I can upload my pictures, so my subscribers could view them.
If I was doing a vector, that would be different because I am "copying" by tracing every line. That would mean I "copied" it. But I don't do vectors, because I actually draw them.
I'm sorry, but you are making a big deal out of something small. I will not continue this usless debate. Hope you will cooperate, and if you would to further on this conversation, I will just block you.

iFicS , You neglect the fact that , this drawing is referenced... he did not "copy" it or there would be no point in making a video of him drawing the picture, referencing a work of art, and drawing it... Is NOT the same as copying. Son's drawing is not exact to the original and their is video proof that the drawing was drawn by him.
Did u look at the link in his description?
Why don't you read the description first and stop complaining. because if you google. This is not the first drawing of this picture, and drawing a picture of a character or picture you like is not uncommon.
