I honestly love this, it's cute, girly, and hard not to love. I think your pixel work is amazingly executed as well as your dithering.
I think one way you could make these even better is if you had the string move some as well. With the animation now there's a bit of an illusion making it look as if the string is already bouncing but I believe it could benefit if it actually were in my honest opinion.
The blinking is cute but feels a bit too fast, maybe adding in a couple more frames would help? or making the close eyed frame last a little longer?
