This is what she looks like without her muzzle hiding her mouth, be wary, she bite.

Like said before her muzzle is a souvenir of her defeat against a powerful mage and exorcist, the muzzle in itself is a magical object with the specificity of being impossible to be taken off by Maloris, but anyone else can take it off and put it back on easily.
The few humans she accepts usually takes it off her when they visits but she never get rid of it as she see it as an important reminder of what happened.
