Nicely done, It makes me think of the ocean, probably 'cus I think the blue/white in the middle looks like waves hitting upon rocks, and then the black flowery things around it to give it even more contrast and coolnessβ¦well, its a fav surely 
the best part is the irregularness in the lines, makes the hole pic more interesting.

That is a bad ass tattoo right there! I like how you've added a torn effect rather than keeping it routine and smooth. I also like what seems to be the blue tidal waves. Just something I've never seen before. Awesome tattoo man!
