Really now. I thought of this while listening to Singin in the Rain a couple times (back and forth from Frank Sinatra and Mint Royale). It was also rainging outside!

So I thought maybe it should start raining in Hellsing. That would be so awesome.
Rain makes me feel good. :>

So this was originally supposed to be a completely cel-shaded picture drawn in Shi-painter, aside from the rain effect I added in fireworks. See, I had shi-painter running on Opera, and I accidentally clicked out so I had to work with a screen shot I took when I'd finished the sketch of Integra and Seras, in PSP7. I decided to stick with the pencil tool the whole time, and just played around with the opacity.

I really like how everything turned out, except for the puddles of water, and Integra's hand. I feel like I cheated on it or something.
