well, I don't know how far you can go to manual settings on your camera, but as you can see from the exif-data to the right of the description, I made use of rather high ISO & fast shutter speed. you could simply try it out on any moving water near you

I tried
everything comes out blurry and moved...not so clear and neat as yours
I tried with high iso and 1/5000 and more shutter speed, but nothing... I don't know if it is me or my camera

No i didn't...but that's not the point...cause everything around is fine and sharp. Just water is blurry, cause it's the only thing moving

say, what iso & aperture did you use with the 1/5000 shutter speed?
I wanna try it with the same settings applied for we can say whether it is ur cam, or maybe sth else and my tries will blur as well?

I tried with 800 iso and more...with 1/5000 shutter speed.
aperture..can't remember..but i put the same as you did in your pic i think

Okay, I tried it out but it is way too dark here, so I just tried using the cam's flash @ iso 800, aperture of 5.6 and 1/250 shutter speed. Result: The water was looking pretty much frozen.
