Description This shot is taken today when I took a two-hour walk on the ice of Porvoo river in Finland with my camera. It was -25'C outside, so going for a walk wasn't the brightest idea maybe. Anyway, here's one of the shots I took today, turned the photo into a more grey-green tone. Not my usual thing to capture a boat, so any advice on improvements is welcomed.

I love it. It reminds me of the cover of the new Rammstein CD. Heh. Great work though. The tone is awesome. And, not that I'm one to be giving advice as my photography isn't that great but, you should try focusing on the center of the boat. I just think it'll give it a bit more...depth or something. *shrug* Either way, I love it, and the rest of your gallery.

Beautiful, the more I look at it the more I like it. It feels cold and incredibly quiet. The colours are perfect and I think the contrast leaves just enough black to make the composition really interesting all around the image. Excellent. +fav

Näkymä on suoraan kuin jostain elokuvasta. Valtava (ehkei nyt mitenkään valtava luonnossa, mut kuvakulma aika onnistunut luomaan sen vaikutelman) ja voimakas laiva vartioi pyhässä yksinäisyydessään. Vaikuttava taas kerran Valokuvaatko ollenkaan työksesi?

Nojuu, veikkaisin että harva luontokuvaaja kuitenkaa elämisen maksaa ihan maisemakuvilla.. et pitäis sinne ihmiskuvaukseen tai journalismiin sitte mennä, mut en tiiä onko se mun alaa oikein. Ohan tuo mielessä tietty käyny.
