That's quite an interesting texture you have for the clouds - how did you make it?

I love how all the dark values are on the left side, with a smaller 'circle' of light on the right side, helping to draw the focal point to the two pegasi. It's also really neat how you placed the darker pegasus in the light circle and the light pegasus in the dark clouds.. it really makes them 'pop' that way.

I made the clouds, by doing some very general shapes and shades. Then I used my smeary tool, to create the weird texture. I'm so glad, that my efforts in trying to balance out the subjects was noticed. I wanted to make sure that they got their attention in a way that stands out. Thank you so much for the insight deary! I feel as "wow" wouldn't cut it to express how gorgeous this piece is! Breathtaking would be a better word

I don't know where to start, the clouds, are insanely beautiful and make for a heavy and energized atmosphere (like before a heavy thunderstorm in the summer) and the pegasi have such a playful and sweet feel to them , balancing the dark atmosphere. The only thing I'd point out is that their wings seem a little small to be carrying their weight, but even so its gorgeous. Simply gorgeous work! <3 I think your friend will love it :>
