What do you use? Pen? Tablet? Charcoal? Pencil with the exposure digitally edited? (XD I need to knooowwww~!)

I like PS, but not necessarily Elements. I'd like it way better if it had the pen tool...

Oh, dun worry, I had no idea it even existed until...a few months ago. After I'd known Photoshop for a year or more.
Yeah, basically you can draw a straight line and then click/drag to transform it without it getting all pixel-y. Looks something like the lineart for this: [link]
