Like I said before I'm a harsh critic, so don't expect any mercy or ass-kissing from me. I'm going to talk about your comic as a whole then move on page by page. Simply because that's just how I roll.
I have to say,your comic could be done MUCH better. The paneling and speech bubbles are haphazard. You seem to use and abuse the bird's eye view to the point where the reader has no idea what's going on. You seem to like to use and abuse dramatic, oddly-shaped panels, however, in most instanes they are unneeded and only serve the purpose to cut off the characters and obscure their actions making the story even more unclear.
In some instances it's unclear who is talking and what they are saying simply because you make the speech bubbles way to large and have them "weave" in and out between 2 or more characters.
You introducing many characters into one page and cramming them into one panel, yet at the same time we have no idea who they are. For example, Jenny's friends have no clear introduction. If you couldn't find a clever way to introduce within dialog between the characters then have the narrator introduce them.
On the subject of the narrator, you need to keep her tone constant. In the beginning of the story, Jenny's talking in a serious tone, telling us the highlights of her life and letting us in on her tragic past. However, when we get to the scene with the dalmatians, she has a more light-hearted, joking almost mocking tone. I honestly couldn't tell if she was being serious or not.
Enough with the cons, now with the pros! I have to say, I'm really interested in the plot. I don't think I have ever seen a canine comic on dA where the dogs were in fact superheros. I've with "magic" powers but usually those characters are the stereotypical and oh so boring "chosen ones". Yours is a breath of fresh air. Despite most of the cast being canines they each have their own personality and they are different breeds therefore there is no confusions to who is which. Though, having dogs, dogs, and more dogs in a comic can get rather boring, so I hope you have other species in mind. I am actually quite fond of your backgrounds. Maybe use the Soft Light feature or just Blur it so that it isn't so blatantly obvious that they're patters or filters.

yes! it looks flippin fantastic! it's simple but works very well, it's pretty eye catching without overdoing it like so manny other covers i've seen. The perspective is spot on and the lighting and details look great, Excallent job Soldja!

Interesting! I like the finished version! It makes Jenny look very heroic! I like the cape's color, the lighting looks great, and I see that Cherry and Race made it in too! This actually looks like something I'd expect to see at my book or game stores! Excellent job!
