This is my favourite oc YGO character (besides Mikah). His Egyptian name is Akunatem. He carries a katana at his side all the time, and he has a great tan. He remembers Yami's real name, but will let him discover the past on his own. The reason Akunatem was never mentioned was because he "ran away" from the kingdom as soon as Yami's training for becoming the pharaoh began.

Akunatem is the older of the two brothers, but he shirked his duties to become Pharaoh. He never wanted to be pharaoh. His father thought of him as a disgrace to the family for not being the one, so the duty of Pharaoh would be passed onto the younger of the two brothers, Atem. Akunatem and Atem got along very well... Akunatem would do everything in order to see his brother laugh. They would also play tricks on Atem's advisors.

3,000 years later, in the Battle City Tournament, Akunatem meets up with his long lost brother. Yami is astounded, and doesn't remember "Kami"(Akunatem). He thus says that he has no brother and runs off. Kami is hurt and doesn't understand how his younger brother forgot all they did together. Akunatem had used magic 3,000 years ago in order to magically seal his body and soul in his sword, which was then found thousands of years later and placed in a Museum. During Kami's depression, the Thief King Bakura used Shadow magic and separated Kami's soul from his body, then sealed the body in the shadow realm. Kami, with only few short minutes before he would dissipate, called out to someone for aid. That someone happened to be Joey, who shared his body with Kami's for a long time. After many horrible desperate events to get his body back, Kami had put Joey in quite a lot of danger. After aquiring his body, Yami banished his brother from their group. Kami disappeared for 3 months, and the group soon found out that they were grief ridden without their happy companion.

Now Kami is back and better than ever. He's more serious, though sometimes funny. He's a full-fledged body-guard to Yugi and Yami, and he even has a girlfriend named Casey (who resembles his ancient egyptian wife, Ahilo.)

EDIT: Uuuugh... I love Akunatem, but I don't love the fact that I made him a total gary stu... and there's NO WAY to change it, either. xD;; Oh well.
