Description
A quick shot of the finished crocheted Giraffe I was working on. She is 54 cm high and took me about 3 weeks to make. Her legs have bamboo skewers in them for support.
She is modeled after a real baby giraffe from Rotterdam Zoo that unfortunately died in 2004 because of unknown causes. She was the daughter of Tipsy.

I used no pattern and crocheted each brown marking before sewing it on.
