Yo-kai Watch 3 is finally here!...In Europe as I live in the United Kingdom, and this REALLY makes up for the seven-month wait we had to endure for the second game! As of submitting this, I have yet to get my copy since the GAME store here doesn't sell much and Amazon (the website I'm ordering it from) takes longer than usual with deliveries.

But anyways, I wanted to work on a drawing that features Tomnyan and the KK Brothers (Yes, their Japanese name was better and I'm calling them that from this point on!) within a Sushi & Tempura-esque background to commemorate the game's release in the west!

This is the first time that I've drawn the KK Brothers in one and a half years, and seeing them in my newer way of drawing Komas shows that I have improved since the last time I did them when the game came out in Japan.

It was also a test of my perspective skills, by copy and pasting the KK Brothers base sketch to make them look symmetrical, but I wanted to make the poses slightly different between K-Koma and K-Jiro so it doesn't look too samey. When I did the lineart, I wasn't too proud especially considering that the KK Brothers stick out in a somewhat distracting fashion compared to Tomnyan. I also haven't drawn the KK Brothers in a very long time and it wasn't easy trying to make them look right (especially with the sideburns and backpacks...)

I did start to like it when I did the background with a pink-and-blue motif. Since I don't have Photoshop, I just simply copy and pasted dots to suit them to my liking and it blended in perfectly with the style of the drawing I wanted to go for.
