Description
Rough walkthrough of making a hinged box from metal clay - no time to take proper pics of this lovely box (and I might never take any since it's not for sale)
Well over 150 hours of work went into this, everything was cut and carved by hand - no stamps, molds, or textures were used. The tiny bricks and turret on the box top were the worst
. And the hinge broke so many times I nearly gave up on it. Think it turned out lovely though

must have felt like forever i mean i tried and failed so many times at sculpting i felt like throwing the damn thing across the room! you must have a lot of paitience!

wait. metal clay? as in, it becomes metal or metal will take it's place after the whole negative shape in casting sand?
