Oh look, there's more! Once again my attempt to color and actually finish something was thwarted by the overwhelming desire to constantly sketch new things.
Haha, not that drawing more often is anything to complain about! Especially when one suffers from frequent art slumps. Anyways, Don Karnage and Kit Cloudkicker back when he was still with the pirates. I always wanted to see more of those days but the chances of that ever happening are slim to none...so I guess I'll draw them myself. 
I don't hate this one (yet) and that might be my best attempt at a sword (sadly). I'm planning to color it when/if I can ever stop sketching new stuff for a while.

This sounds awkward, but... happy anniversary!
Going back to this, I can't help but re-live that feeling of delightful discovery that someone out there had made a brand new K&K pic. And while I hoped there would be more, I didn't bet on it. I've never seen output like yours, and it's been so wonderful to share this obscure fandom fascination with someone else who gets it. ^_^

Nah, it's not awkward; thanks! It's certainly been a fun year of near non-stop K&K and it's safe to say half of my fan art wouldn't even exist without all the inspiration from your fan fictions. I have a little somethin' related to this that I'll be posting later tonight.

This is so awesome. I was just recently gushing to another artist who these are my two favorite characters, how often I imagine what kind of adventures they had when Kit was a pirate, and now this pops up, brand new. Their expressions are superb (look how proud Karny is!), as is your endearing drawing style. I hope you do get around to coloring it, and I certainly wouldn't hold it against you if your muse directed you to draw more of these two.

That site is a blast from the past, and so amateurishly designed that I cringe a bit to think about it, but yes.
Also, I notice you hand color, which is kind of refreshing to see (to me, anyway). Just makes me a bit more eager to see what kind of job you'd do on this one. I know life takes over and projects go astray, but I'll be checking back in the near future.

Aw, well I think it's still a great site! I also must say "Once a Pirate" is the BEST TaleSpin fan fic I've ever read. I remember reading the first few chapters a long time ago but never realized the rest of it was up on fanfiction.net until recently. I've been absolutely obsessed with it and - along with working on the color stage of this sketch - it's taken up all my spare time for the last few days. I'm on chapter 9 now and don't want it to end, haha. XD But it's very well written, great storyline and everyone is so in character. I can literally hear their voices and visualize the scenes playing out in my head like an episode. Sheesh, wish they would've written an ep/movie like that!
Thank you! I love traditional art, you don't see it very often which I think is a shame. I love all art, of course, but my heart has always been with good ol' pen and paper.
