It's my own hair from when I shaved my head, shredded finely and spirit gummed to my face. I'd never done it before, and I'm really pleased with how it worked out.

It's all makeup. So much makeup. SO MUCH.
I think Cas requires the most makeup of any character I have yet to cosplay. The craziest part being, I have to make my lips fuller and my eyes larger, and pluck my eyebrows. Because Misha Collins is just too pretty.
