Not really. There are many branches of Paganism. Paganism is a blanket term for many religions worshiping many gods, and many used to revolve around offering human sacrifices to those gods. Aztecs did this, so did the Norse, Gallic, Slavic, etc. I myself am Norse Pagan. ... Never sacrificed a human, though. I don't think many do that these days.
