I love the way you composed his chest, and idealized rough snake tree is sweet, however something about how the left and right eyes are set doesn't seem to sit well in my stomach.

i love the colors you used here and i like how manly Orochimaru looks. I can't take my eyes off of his hands, though i think his elbows are a little too low and his arms look a little too long. but maybe that's just a snake-thing :>
