Commission forHe wanted his character Static looking fierce and villainy, so I gave it my best shot. He also wanted the background to be deep red and a city-scape, which I am TERRIBLE at, so the background was strongly referenced from: [link] by ~AutumnDeer .
I really suck with lightning, but I really tied my best, I hope it looks alright at least. ;w; I kept re-doing it and yet I'm still not happy with it..
I really hope it looks alright Stan I really did the very best I could. I hope I got everything as close as possible, was really fun to draw Static, he's a great character.

I personally thought the lightning came out really good in this. One very big strength of this is the shading and lighting effects since they're both smoothly implemented. The colors are another strength of this due to being smooth as well. Such very nice detail on the character and the outfit too. I also love how the pose came out as well.
