Description
A tribute to one of my favourite ME3 characters.I didn't have any good reference so I had to guess on a lot of the patterns.

Well in-game her skin is albino and her eyes are red, so I think the top of her head is either really dark or really light

You can see the start of her crest, it appears to be brown. I don't think she's albino, she's not pale enough, she's paler than Wrex but not pale enough to be albino. I've experience with albino reptiles (I have an albino boa) and they're a lot paler than she is.
I'm thinking her crest wouldn't be as large as male, but I'm not sure about her hump

If you say so XD I only said albino since her skin is white and she has red eyes 
But yeah, I would think that her overall bodyshape is thinner and smaller than a male.
