Aww Looks so lovely~ Your getting so amazing with Cging~ But since you have the 'Advanced Critique Encouraged' I guess I can point out just a few things if that's ok with you.
For The fur (tail ears) try using a smaller smudge brush size I usally use a size 3, set to 84 fro fur. Also the tim on the garters seems a bit big IMO, maybe also sizing the brush down a bit will make it look a bit more tame.

LOL. yes, a girl. Um... I just mess with the colors and the burn and dodge tools till I'm satisfied. I usually do a sloppy coloring job, and then I clean up after I finish with the eraser tool. 8D
