Much as with my Maiko symbols, I made this one since I saw all those "betrothal necklace" charms here at DA. So here you go. Zutara charm/flag: sun and moon, fire and water. Water Tribe+Fire Nation symbology.Outer black solar flare circle comes from what I imagine Zuko's personal "coat of arms" to be: Fire Nation flame + Sun Warrior motif.
I cannot even begin to tell you how annoying it is to work with the circle function in MS Paint.

Just ignore her. She's just upset because she can't take criticism well. This is actual talent, don't worry about what she has to say. It looks pretty cool to me. It seems creative to me.

A great idear, but you work be better if you use a software to vectorize it 
Try inkscape or illustrator to finsih it correctly
If you don't want to make it again, take inkscape and save your work in bitmap. After you have an option in the general menu to convert the bitmap drawing in line with vector.
There is some tuts that you can find easily to upgrade your work !

Thank you! I should probably mix my own colors at some point instead of using MSPaint defaults. And there's gotta be a way to simplify this. There's almost TOO much going on...
