Okay, no comments about hating anything from me, really. Honestly, I don't really care one way or the other if it's yaoi or not. I prefer to think of them as sort of like brothers, but hey... it's cute anyway.

It's actually pretty simple... I just do plain cel-shading, and then mess around with various blur filters XD;; *cheeeeat*

Basically, you just duplicate your shading layer, use gaussian/motion/radial blur on it, then change the opacity and layer settings to something that works 8D
