  Koda sat there for a couple of seconds, maybe minutes trying to process what happened. Shocked, he couldn't respond before he
heard the soft laugh of the wyngling in front of him.

  “Oops, sorry...got too excited, right?” Truffles said with with a soft laugh that was enough to slightly snap Koda out of his trance.

The two sat in silence before Truffles broke it, "uh sorry again should I uh go?" he asked almost ashamed, immediately grabbing
koda's attention.

  The blue wyngling had no idea what he was doing but before he could even think he stood up and stammered "N-no I want you
t-to stay, I was just.. wow, I mean, I didn't expect it."

The two blushed, and once more fell into a loud silence.

Koda looked down, his heart pounding quickly. A rush of both fear and excitement coursed through him. "h-hey truffles..." He
quietly trailed off. "C-could I maybe tell you something?" he asked softly not daring to look at truffles in the eyes.

"Of course you can." Truffles replied in a soft manner.

"I uh.. I think I might be, in love with you..." Koda said, the blush on his cheeks deepening.

"I... Koda I." Truffles stuttered trying to get his thoughts together. Koda's jaw tightened as he prepared for the imminent rejection
he was about to get, but instead truffles smiled and looked and him before finally saying. "I think I might love you too." he said
softly.

"R-really?" Koda asked, this was a dream right? it had to be.

"Yeah, really." Truffles said.

Koda felt yet another rush of excitement run through him, before he knew it, he was up on his feet, almost leaping towards Truffles
before their snoots collided. The two let out a combined chuckle before savoring their position. Their tails wiggling ever so slightly from
happiness.
