A small speedpainting.Maaan I'm really rusty at backgrounds, I have to start practicing those again. <'D
And I suppose I draw too much deer. As much as I enjoy drawing them.

Despite you being critical of yourself, I really like the background. Your perception of depth is spot on. The overall composition of the drawing is beautiful, which is something a lot of artists struggle with. I really like the extreme vertical canvas you used.

bah! Deer (and deer-creatures) are awesome, and I haven't seen any other artists with their fork in that piece of pie yet. Stick with it (if that's what you like drawing)! It beats just drawing wolves or something to no end.

For a speed paint it looks rather detailed. Well sinse I dont draw backgrounds I suppose anything would be detailed for me xDD BUT NEVER THE LESS it looks really fancy C:
