This outfit is a reference from a Nintendo 3DS commercial where he and other Nintendo characters get cool outfits to announce the Nintendo 3DS. It’s probably Japanese. Can’t find one in America.

I'm not a fan of this look, but what the commercial was selling was a very Japan-centered thing as far as I can tell, but I love this picture. There's such a happy family atmosphere to it, and Bowser's adorable.
