The Blue Dragon from Dragon Sanctuaty, also known as the Water Dragon.

Alright, the last of the D.S dragon species, the Blue Dragon. These dragons the the embodiment of the oceans and with that they breathe water like it was air and move through it will no problem what so ever. They use their wings and 'fly' through the water but they can also survive outside the water but are very awkward on land. They are very tempermental dragons and are often very hard to please. They strive at the bottom of oceans and often create large home from the ocean floor with the help of corals and other sealife. They are not the biggest fan of humanoids who travel using their oceans but they've learned to leave with them because if they destroy the boat, the humans will just make a larger one. They do not get along very well with Wind Dragons who are always helping the sailors.

If they are angered, they become one-tracked and will not rest until they take down whatever has angered them. This causes large storms at sea as packs of these dragons swarm after boats or sometimes even Port Cities that have perhaps polluated the sea. Even though they travel in packs, these dragons are not social creatures. They basically use each other until a goal is reached than part ways until a group is needed once more. They also are not found of other creatures except the sealife they live with.

This is also the dragon bloodline Zukito comes from.
