And now I finally finish the first contest.This's for baron contest.I think this piece is sucks,but I hope you like it,anyway I'll draw another ref sheet if you can't see anything on his body.
Because I use too much black,but if I don't paint a shadow on him,this picture will be more awful. - -"
Okay as you can see the title,this is Esperado.....He lost his love and son,but he still keep them as a spirit ball around him,he never want to leave them untill he die.

I don't think you used too much black. And even with the black as a background, you still have a lightsource - two, actually - thus, Esperado would still have shadows and some highlights. Which you pulled off pretty well. And a black background is nice if you're drawing is intended to have a dramatic or dark feel.
Also..STOP SAYING THIS SUCKS. XD It doesn't suuuuck. D: BE CONFIDENT. srsly.
