1. Haven't play with Rainmeter for a while. No i think it cannot be done
2. You mean the user icon? Yes, you can just replace the "userpic.png" file located at /modules/sysinfo folder

yah kayak dibuat skin rainmeter biasa aja, cuma ekstensinya aja yang diganti *.inc
