No, for real, I just want to understand the anatomy of this furry, lanky, possibly underweight/stunted Lombax, I swear!Anyway, I find it kind of interesting that Ratchet and Angela seem to demonstrate two opposite extremes of Lombax physique and neither one are probably good representatives of the species. Though we really haven't met enough Lombaxes to know for sure how tall or short they usually are.

It could be that there height works like humans. We are all different heights like you could see in the games angela, azimuth and ratchet are all a different height so I think it might just work as the same height gene as humans but what do I know. xD it might just remain a mystery forever

True. If we ever meet all the other Lombaxes, I'd love to see that they all have different body types. That one piece of concept art of the Lombaxes does seem to imply that they can look vastly different from one another size-wise. But I still think Ratchet would feel like a shorty even amongst his own people. X3

I would think that Ratchet is of healthy size for his height but yeah, Angela was pretty tall so it makes you wonder.
