Description this is my first "realistic" airbrushing.....it took about 8-10 hours to complete....painting of aaliyah...whom i was a big fan of....the reference image was a screencap taken from one of my favorite videos of hers "we need a resolution" [link]

im not entirely satisfied with final result...i feel like i shud of spent more time adjustin her eyes and her hair...but i must say im quite proud of the skin...came out better then i thought

I LOVED HER!! Multifaceted in acting and singing! Fave movie is Queen of the Damned and I would think it a treasure to have this one in my faves along with the others. I would definately say this is a tribute to what talented, beautiful, and soulful artist she was..and I adore what you did with her features and eyes especially!!!!!! Maravioso!
