Here it is! My BELOVED Jaime Lannister! He is definitely my ASOIAF true love
I know, I shouldn't fall in love with a Martin's character, but I can't help it.And I know that in my pic he's someway similar to Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, but it's fine. To me he is a wonderful Jaime!

this is just...oh, I don't have words. Yes, Jaime is just awesome. I just finished a Storm of Swords (well, I'm in page 100 and something of a Feast of Crows, is it writen like that? I'm Spanish and I don't know well) and Jaime has become for me one of my favourite characters (love the bear scene...)

Well, I'm Italian, who am I to tell if your English is good enough?
However, at the end of A Storm of Swords, I realized that I was in love with Jaime and I couldn't help it. I didn't want to (because maybe he'll die in a horrible way someday and I will cry all my tears for him), but it just happened. The bear pit is probably my favourite ASOIAF scene EVER.

He's from Game of Thrones, an American tv serie based on the George RR Martin's saga "A Song of Ice and Fire".

Well, I suppose he did get a bit less Lannister-like (aka more likeable) after her lost his hand and returned to King's Landing.

Yes, I suppose that too. Even if I don't think he's ever been really really evil, he was just blind and very obsessed by his sister. But losing his hand helped him to focus on what really matters in life and become a more honorable man.

With Game of Thrones (which is honestly a better title for the series on the whole than A Song of Ice and Fire), I generally reserve the term evil for Joffrey, and certain Targaryen kings. That being said, treachery is practically in the Lannisters' blood.

I agree with you anyway, Game of Thrones is a wonderful title! And you have no idea of what kind of weird titles we have in Italian adaptation. The serie (and the first book) here is "The Iron Throne". Such an inappropriate choice
