Try some gradients in the base layer of your cell-shaded characters for some depth. Then use the curves layer on top for the atmospheric effect (unless you intend to use a color filter in after effects.)

No, seriously, you should think about it, even if it is huge.
Still in love with Juji, everytime you draw him he looks better and better. I also love the girl's suit, colours are very nice and her style is one of the most original i've ever seen.
