Yesh,this is Bel from KHR. If yer not sure whether t'is him or not,then just cover his bloody eyes and jaaaa~n. It's Belphegor!!-_-'-coughs- I know the colour of this drawing is worse since I'm not good at colouring and stuff but i did it rather OK. ^^'
