my friend wants me to help her with her 3rd butterfly tatto,she showed me 3 different tattos and told me what she wanted from each (shape, eyes and tail)
this is what I ended up with ..kind of late - everithing is a blur now.
any comments or suggestions welcome...

thank you, It's kinda kewl to know my friend has a PERMANENT design of mine on her skin, she actually wants me to design her another one, I keep telling her to finish this one (it's got an outline and some color but she needs to go back to the parlor to finish it) .. sheesh..

No prob. My mother want's me to designe a butterfly tattoo for her. It would be her first. She kept trying to describe what she wanted and I decided to show her a few designes here on DA. She especially liked this one. I'm going to try and use it as a template for desigining her's.

I kinda did the same thing, I showed my friend a lot of butterfly tattoos on the web and on DA, and she told me what she liked about certain ones, and we compiled those features together, you may want to talk to the tattoo artist too, I had problems with some parts of the design (specially the eyes) because it was too defined and would not come out right in tattoo ink.. thanks. Mom and I are doing the same thing. She want's to keep it simple so I don't think I need toi talk to an artist. I might though. I work with an aspiring painter who wantsd to tattoo as a hobby
