Sooo many people think this character is from Fairly Odd Parents. She's actually from the Danny Phantom universe. Her name is Rhowen and she's a sort of modern day mage. She currently holds the title of 'The White Lady'.

The title of White Lady is given to one member of her family during each generation. It's passed down the female line and her necklace is the main mark of this fighter. The main purpose of the White Lady is to act as a diplomat and beat the living daylights out of any weasel who causes trouble. Rhowen isn't happy about this as it has rather restricted her life and she wasn't supposed to be the White Lady at all. The post killed her aunt as she's never really forgiven it for that. Hence why she's rather closed as a person and useally has a sarcastic remark for every occation.

She lives in a rented house with a Vampire whose going through a quiet revolution, a werewolf who has far too much dog in him, an elf getting into modeling, a 'wise woman' in training who she's know for much of her life and a Warlock whose hobby is freaking people out. She has a very bizar existance.

On the art itself, I'm very happy with it. Developing my own style is fun and I do enjoy seeing if I can get anywhere with styles of other artists. Not to copy but to see if I can create anything resembling it. If we look at Rhowen from the perpective of the Butch Hartman style, she's not sharp enough in the angles of her body. The style for shows like Fairly Odd Parents and Danny Phantom useally demand angles and straight lines and while female characters have curves, they still need sharp angles to them, something I found very hard to do. Her hands are too small and her eyes are always causing me trouble.

Dispite this, I am very happy with how she's turned out. This style wasn't easy for me and this was something like try two or three at getting her right.

She'll probably stay like this unless I have an idea for a better outfit.
