Above, I will comment about Slairea's trend to use ochres tones, and the dreamy sensation that it cause in watcher. This time, the artist decided to cover her of blue tones. A rich mixture of "blues", combined with a gray touch.

This lucky marriage between rich blues and opaque gray, who dyes her hair with a very special silver ligth, get the effect that she sought, according to footnote where artist displays a photo of other artist that inspired her, and include the link with a beautiful melody of Antonio del Pino: all in this picture talk about sadness, nostalgia, estrangement.

For a watcher who is living in a trance of separation or death of someone who she/he love, is striking trip over the look of the model, also tinged with blue and silver, something that creates a very special emotion. How did Slairea that this effect will catch the viewer in their own tangle of emotions? She says that certain photo inspired her, and of course, there is something like a distant relationship between the photo that Slairea used as model and her photo, but but the result is an absolutely individual, eloquent and sincere work.

Great details, I dig the air, the hand is a crucial factor on this photo, the eyes are amazingly catched and are very important too, the focus, the lines, the position of the body....etc.

The title is perfect ... as fragile as the thin ice at winter's end ... the blue's and light purples give a very icy, cold feel - an excellent backdrop for the theme ... freezing the soul in a delicate balance between reflective sentimentality and regretful sadness. What is she looking for? A shard of hope in a wasteland of lost dreams? A point of light in the darkness of ignorance? Or maybe a lost love in a sea of selfishness ... who knows? What matters is the story ... the possibilities ... there are so many as always ... you always weave such a tantalizing tale ... you are beautiful as always, Veronica ... and a master storyteller.
