The Master Mentalist:

Back Story:

the Master Mentalist was once a scientist at Techcom Labs, a subsidiary of the S.T.I.N.G. (Strategic,Tactical, Insect, Nuclear, Garrison) corporation. the research Doctor Zander Valmont was conducting were experiments regarding Human Brain tissue and the advancements of the Mental powers locked within. The Brain Booster Machine Doctor Valmont was working on was made to enhance the Brains capacity using chemical and radioactive stimulation, unfortunately the experiment went awry.

Doctor Valmont decided to test his new machine on himself, and injected himself with the chemicals and subjected himself to the experiment, during which the machine malfunctioned and gave the Doctor an almost lethal dose of Radiation and Chemicals, which made his cranium swell, and gave him extraordinary abilities in the process.

The Doctor went mad with power and rage at what he had become and built crystal magnification devices that are attached to his suit which allows his mental powers to increase in distance and power by 1000 times, creating an very formidable enemy, his greatest challenge, defeating and destroying the Star Superion..

In addition to increasing his powers, the Crystals on his Suit can be adjusted in frequency to allow the Master mentalist to exact controlled Blasts.. One turn of his dial on his Belt can make his attack stun an enemy, while another turn can allow his mental attacks to crush bones, still another turn of the dial and his mind can create a powerful force shield. the tuning of the crystals and frequencies are controlled by his dial on his Belt, and if destroyed weakens his powers significantly..

The Master Mentalist is an arrogant villain who always surrounds himself with women, usually under his mind control, and values no alliance with other villains for very long.. his philosophy is that once your usefulness is complete, your destiny is done and he should relive you of your mind and set a new path for you...how do you fight your own mind, when he is in control?
