It's definitely portraying a very different side of her, one that may make more appearances as time lets on simply for emotional release and such. It was very therapeutic to paint this!

I have nothing but massive respect for you and what you do! This piece is simply stunning and very emotional. I love the highlights on her toeclaws, as well as the detail in her feathers and the look for pure rage she has. The sun makes me think of a scene from the old crocodile documentary "Dawn of the Dragons", which brings me nothing but pure nostalgia to think of.

'Dawn of the Dragons' does sound familiar, I'm sure I've probably seen it before, especially if it's a crocodile documentary! I'll have to look into it sometime to make sure, though. I love documentaries. ;v;
