if the cluster had a more self aware somber personality and existence.... just woundering...was she always TANZINITE because you mentioned she was to be "shattered and reused" i'm just curious.

It was a concept I came up with, where instead of gems being forcefully fused, entirely new artificial gems were created via alchemy or other means.

I made up this story for her, where she was some type of Gem fusion experiment, only in this case it was to take the strongest attributes of a Gem and create one fused being, they ended up semi succeeding, Creating her, but she was too emotionally unstable and her body was hard to control, so they locked her away in a kindergarten Vualt for shattering and reuse.
Then this man, who's an Archaeologist, found her, and mistook her a totem/relic and took her back to his workplace to study her. While he was there, she reformed, which is why the wall is all broken.

Thank you very much! I had a lot of issues with her eyes and lips. What do you think I should do to improve them?

I can't see anything fix with her face here - right eye is perhaps a bit lower than the left but it's really not anything one would notice.
However in general - in some of your works you tend to draw the eyes very wide and a tad too close to one another. (This is really not a major issue and you've improved a lot in it, just something I noticed)
so keep an eye on that. When drawing realism there should be room for one extra eye in between them - of course it doesn't work at all if ones style is to draw big eyes, so artist have to do some cheating at times to create an illusion of balanced facial proportions. In your case it's not much about proportions - but many of your characters appear having rather narrow face so if you want to add a bit more variation into facial shapes this tip comes in handy.
Here it's not an issue :3 great work!

The tilted angle really makes more of an impact on the action going on. (Okay, he's on the floor but I would be too if a giant woman was hovering over me!) Plus, Tanzanite's eyes look beautiful, they just have so much emotion in them.

No, no, nothing like that! I really like her eyes; it was just that by looking at them, I felt like they looked sad or that she's upset for scaring her human friend. Or it could be that she is an emotional character generally. (I apologise for not being clear about it.....not that I've done a better job now.

I felt like I wanted to convey a sense of confusion/unstabilness/relief. I made her a bit creepier than I intended but that's fine. Thank you though!
