Nice texture overlay. I like the brushstrokes. Only thing that looks off is the eyes; maybe you could forgo them? or make them stand out less. Or perhaps add a small glow if you want the 'from hell' look.

hey~! yah, when i did this piece, i keep retouching the eyes as they kept bugging me~ i guess they are more trouble than help... they will go away.
